Due Dates are firm and non-negotiable

New requests can only be submitted prior to midnight on the Due Date for that type of housing. Once a Due Date is reached, that type is closed and no new requests or edits are possible.

Notifications closely follow each Due Date

Housing will send approval or denial emails on or before the "decisions notification" date. For approvals, this will include an invitation to a virtual Room Selection Event (where students pick their rooms!) if applicable.

Attend your Room Selection Event

At least one group member must attend the virtual room selection event, or authorize a proxy to select on that group's behalf. Details for this event are sent out in the approval notification email.

IMPORTANT: Only those who are invited by Housing may attend a Room Selection Event. If no one in the group attends and no proxy chooses for the group, you will likely be assigned whatever room is left over.
