  • 1:00 - 3:00 PM: Education Trailblazers Pre-Conference Session - Gain and Retain Students with Education Cloud

    • Come engage in conversation with Kathy Lueckeman of Education Trailblazers, industry-leading expert on higher education systems and Salesforce. She will be joined by Reid Brownell, developer and omni-studio expert from the University of Oklahoma. In this session, they will dive into the benefits of Salesforce’s Education Cloud for student recruitment and retention.

      Education Cloud is here to help your school function seamlessly in the 21st century regardless of your target market, making it a scalable option compared to stand-alone systems like Slate and even compared to other Salesforce-based applications, where scale is handled by using workarounds. Join this session to see how Recruiting and Admissions functionality works in the new Education Cloud and learn how you can prepare your school to use this robust new solution. Depending on time and interest, we also will explore using Education Cloud for the all-important “student” portion of the learner lifecycle.  We will discuss how Education Cloud provides a platform for automation and efficiency that allows innovation in a space that has been neglected for decades. Take a closer look into a few key processes to understand the power of this next-gen product.

NOTE: In our effort to be responsive to feedback from our attendees, we shifted our timing with pre-conference workshops. Instead of many sessions offered over many time slots, we are instead only offering ONE pre-conference session in a structured discussion format. We think this will have the greatest impact for the greatest number of visitors! We hope to see you there.
