Housing Office Ocean View

The Ocean View Apartments are two Westmont-owned apartment buildings close to downtown Santa Barbara.  They are located at 11 and 13 Ocean View Avenue, but we recommend that you input the address 15 Ocean View Avenue into your GPS/map system in order to receive the most accurate directions.

About 70 juniors and seniors live in Ocean View every semester. There are two apartment types available: triples and quadruples. In the triple apartments, the student who takes the single bedroom will pay an extra fee. In the quad apartments, each bedroom is a double.
