All other forms are available in hard copy in the Student Records Office and in pdf format. Once completed, including any necessary faculty signatures, forms can be returned to the Student Records Office or scanned and emailed from your westmont.edu account to registrar@westmont.edu. Student Records Staff will update you when the form has been processed.
